I have a history of many endeavours: I was a secondary and tertiary teacher in New Zealand for 20+ years. Subjects included: maths, biology, chemistry, physics, graphic design, music and performing arts, computer applications and website building, 3D modelling and animation, and digital communications. I have worked as a semi-professional jazz musician for 50+ years, and I have videos on YouTube (Daz Pettus). For the last 10 years,I have worked as a professional yacht master worldwide. I hold current commercial credentials for the USA, UK and NZ maritime agencies. I have worked as a ferry captain in Auckland, NZ. I have an ageless personality and I am famous for: remembering names, being understated, crafting articulate communication, having a flexible attitude, a good sense of humour and the Kiwi style of dealing with distractions and conflicts effortlessly – nothing is too much trouble
