I am a native English speaker from the UK, that has had prior experience teaching English to students at my college in Cambridge. The usual age range of of these students was between 14 and 21. I find teaching English to be more rewarding when you are able to break down the common tripping points using real world examples instead of simply memorising them. Other games like associating phrases with actions and events or using acting to familiarise with cadence and speech patterns can help with the large amounts of intimidation associated with learning a new language. I prefere to work in person, but online teaching is possible. I am also mildly confindent in German, but it would be best if you can at least speak very basic English from the offset when communicating. If you dont have any prior lerning exam schem then I will use the Edexcel International English Language text book. However, if you have your own,, that can also be used. I am also aware of AQA, UTC, ESB.
