Hi I’m Francis. I was the top student in high school, top 0.1% in my region. I have the perfect system of studying that I wish to share with my students. In this educational system, it is the way that we study that matters the most, not the time we spend on it. I have tutored some students in Shanghai and their academic results have all improved significantly. The first case was a middle school girl who was at the top 10 in her class. She was a bit uptight and got nervous in exams easily. After 2 months of tutoring, 2 hours per week, she got the first place in an exam held by all schools in a general district. The second one I’d like to present is about crashing. A student of international school could not pass his biology test. I gave him a long session of 8 hours the day before the test. He was the 1/3 of his class that passed the exam. When I offer to tutor, I am not offering help in a certain subject — I am offering a general improvement.
