Hi, Im Alexandra Santos a journalist from Colombia that used to work on media until I discovered that my full potential and life purpose was serving people trough the tools I have learned in my life. Thats why I became a coach in different areas. Helping people to understand their emotions, develop their ideas and listen to their soul. Life has showed me the path. 11 years ago my search started. First trying to understand the brain and how it learn faster some skills, thats why I studied NLP. Then I felt that something was missing in my heart. I kept searching until I found Ontological Coaching, an amazing methodology to improve personal life, leadership and business. On therapy I discovered that many people looked for me to coach them also in nutrition ( because I love sports and healthy life). Responding to that call I started learning about nutrition until I got certified as a Health Coach. Im here to serve you.
