My name is Tommaso and I am a holistic therapist, yoga teacher, life coach, massage trainer and language teacher. I was born in Florence in 1980, on the 30th of November, in the year of the Monkey according to the Chinese horoscope, which represents resourcefulness. Graduated in Philosophy and Theology, for 7 years I was a monk in a religious community following the desire to find existential answers in spirituality. Thanks to this period I learnt and deepened techniques such as meditation, yoga, complementary medicine and an oriental approach to the solutions of physical and spiritual problems. I am into yoga and meditation since 2003. I am a yoga and meditation teacher since 2009 (qualified in 2016). I am into holistic therapies since 2012. I am into massage training since 2017. I am into life coaching since 2018. I teach language privately since 2015. When I was a monk I worked as a bricklayer, builder and handyman, so I can teach you something related to that.
