Hello, I am Nicole who grew up in a small Italian suburban town of New Jersey (next to New York City) and the Caribbean coast of Honduras. Growing up in the states I studied at an all girls parochial school and Pennslyvania State University at University Park. After graduating, my interests in learning different cultures, expanding philosophical views with new knowledge and education in language turned my path towards education. While substituting, I was exposed to different economic and educational missions throughout the ages of 4-18. Transitioning into a full time teacher, I progressed my analysis of the different ways my students learn according to the environment by teaching overseas in various countries. Guiding my pupils to reach their goals and overreach the objective is what brought me to study at Teacher's College at Columbia University. Here, my skills in teaching language were advanced and refined. It is with this experience, I look to share with those who seek for.
