Hi, I am Ruth Smit, from Cape Town, South Africa. I enjoy seeing people, as well as children develop and reach their potential, through coaching, teaching, training and mentoring. I have worked in AEE (previously ACE - Accelerated Christian Education), as a Monitor (Teacher's Assistant), Supervisor (Teacher), Secretrary and Sports Coordinator. I also worked for a sports organisation as a Secretary and later as the Regional Coordinator, organising sport events for schools to compete in against each other in team, as well as individual sports. I enjoy working with individuals (1 on 1) as well as with small groups.
