Hello! My name is Sarah. I am a friendly, easy-going university student living in New Zealand. I major in and love the English language. I also love meeting new people and I find it very rewarding to help ESL students and friends to become more comfortable using English. I provide help with adademic English, conversational English, and can aid in proofreading and improving your English writing skills. If you are hoping to learn English with an accent, I have an American accent and can teach you proper pronunciation. I have basic level understanding of Chinese, Korean, Japanese and French, and I am familiar with the pronunciation barriers that stand between these languages and English. My interests in speech and singing allow me to accurately and helpfully describe the correct tongue and jaw posture to help you sound like a native English speaker. I hope we can work together to create a fun and enjoyable class experience!
