Hello, I'm Bob Kiernan from the USA. My Chinese name is Xiao Long, just like Bruce Lee. For the last ten years I worked as an English Teacher in Nantong, Jiangsu China, teaching a wide variety of students - from middle and high school and adults. I did a lot of corporate training for businesses ranging from ship building to high tech companies to chemical manufacturers. My high school classes were almost always TOEFL or pre-TOEFL level, and I taught general English to all age levels as well. I have also always had 1-on-1 private classes with people of all ages including children. To relax I enjoy reading, movies, playing guitar (I've played since age 10), walking, observing people and working on the occasional graphic design project. I also love watching certain sports such as Baseball, Soccer and Boxing. I am always interested in the culture of other countries and enjoy learning things I never knew before. You should know that as my student, you never finish a class without laughing.
