Teaching fields: Web programming, Biology, Scientific Illustration, Wildlife Photography and Web Design. I am biologist / scientist and internet programmer working on internet / database programming since 1992 and working in conservation biology / taxonomy since 1986. I am also a scientific illustrator and I illustrated books and scientific papers for several scientists around the World for decades. As a photographer, my work helped show the natural world to people in publications all around the World, specially as a macro photographer and wildlife photographer. As a biologist, my fields are entomology and conservation biology. I started a foundation in 1984 called Fundación Maquipucuna; and we protect an 8000 hectares rainforest (The Maquipucuna Rainforest). As a scientific illustrator, I've been working with scientists in medical illustration, zoological illustration and botanical illustration. As a photographer, my work cover areas from anthropology to wildlife biology.
