Hi, I'm 26 year old Croatian Chef, I have started working in the kitchen by age of 14 , a lot of history behind it, by the age of 19 I was head chef in 5* hotel. I decided to finish Le Cordon Bleu to open more doors for myself. Since then I have lived in 7 countrys , Mastered 9 different cuisines and became executive in 18 restaurants.
