Authority, Competence, and Accountability
Participation as a tutor on 1on1.today is a position of responsibility. Authority to teach, guide, or form others is earned, not assumed.
All tutors must complete identity verification using platform-approved methods. Anonymous, pseudonymous, or synthetic identities are not permitted for paid instruction.
Tutors must submit at least one form of verifiable competence:
